    i am doing online library project.Accord to the rules,users should be able to borrow a book from the online library and then return it.i dont think it is possible?
    Will rules permit to design a web helping its users to download book in pdf format?if to make it commercial,a payment option before registration of every user can be introduced!
    can anyone clarify me???

    well i think only the entry must be done online.... i think the details of a library say for eg ur coll library must be posted online and any further transactions carried out should be updated online...

    Actually book here is hypothetical , only point is that one can know from web interface , how many and which boks are in library at the moment .

    whih can be administred from web interface by admin. or librarian..

    I hope that answers ur question.

    i think there is no need of downloading book . if we have data on server then particular topic can be searched, what the user will do of whole book if he/she needs only a topic from that
