Cannot find L2561403.CAB in Office 2003 Setup

  I have had Office 2003 Pro for a few years. I was reinstalling it and it
  failed because it could not find L2561403.CAB. The file is on the disk, but
  when I tell it to find it in the folder it doesn't work. I have had a look
  on google trying to download one, but can't find anything.
  
  Does anyone know where I can get a copy of this file or fix this problem?
