Cumulative update are not downloading and installing in server 2016

  Hi ,

  I am facing error to windows  cumulative update for server 2016.

  when i click on the check for updates then it is checking for some time and no updates are downloading and installing.

  I have done below things 

  1. sfc /scannow in cmd : it shows 

  Windows Resource Protection found corrupt files but was unable to fix some
  of them. Details are included in the CBS.Log windir\Logs\CBS\CBS.log. For
  example C:\Windows\Logs\CBS\CBS.log. Note that logging is currently not
  supported in offline servicing scenarios.

  2. rename the software distribution folder in windows but still issue is not resolved 

  3. also when i open the server manager to add the roles and features it shows 

  the request to list features on the specified server failed

  4. dism /online cleaning-image /restorehealth

  Not enough storage is available to complete this operation.
  
  The DISM log file can be found at C:\Windows\Logs\DISM\dism.log

  Note : last cumulative update is 2019-11 Cumulative Update for Windows Server 2016 for x64-based Systems (KB4525236)

  Same thing is happen for two servers for me 

  Please guide me if any one have a knowledge of it .
