need help with my computer keeps restarting

Everytime my computer restarts or gets turned off it keeps on restarting it loads all the way then i get this message that says that the computer will restart in 60 seconds is there anyway to stop that from happening or finding the file that might be broken. I was gonna reformat my computer but i dont have the disk to do a full systerm wipe to make my computer like new lol.

Since you didn't include which version of Windows you're using, we can only point you to the general Windows Answers forum - http://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/default.aspx. From there, you can select the appropriate version of Windows and then category.

Dear Kateabang,

you must scan with any strongly antivirus program your bootable disk because it is infected with virus.
