Trying to run HP PSC1210 Setup.exe... Getting "The file cannot be accessed by the system" error.

  1st, I tried to use the CD that came with the Printer. (HP PSC 1210 All-In-One). Running the setup.exe file gives the error.

  2nd, I downloaded the latest version from HP Support website. Extracted files to C:\temp\HP All-In-One Series Web Release folder. Again, running setup.exe results in the same error.
