Microsoft 10 upgrade email issue RRS feed

    Since upgrading to Microsoft 10 I can no longer send emails (I can receive emails). I use Microsoft Outlook. My ISP has checked and says it is a known Microsoft 10 issue. They told me to contact Microsoft for help.

    Help!
