CRM 2011 Send to EMail Workflows - Get corrupted on the Send to email step every once in a while. RRS feed

  • Hi, 

    For seemingly no reason sometimes our workflows will go to waiting, and after further investigation the send to email part of the workflow is corrupted I cant view or edit it the only thing I can do is delete that step and re-do it from scratch.  We have lots of workflows so this happens to a bunch of them and its only every so often.  I have no idea what triggers it, its not a change or update.   

    Any ideas on this one its incredibly annoying to depend on your workflows then bam, they aren't working and you dont find out till much later sometimes.  

    We are on CRM 2011 On prem, rollup 11.  

    I saw that Rollup 15 fixes a bug in rollup 12 but its not the same thing.   We have been having this issue from rollup 1 to rollup 11.

  • It might be when the owner changes, I am not 100% on this.
