It is just files stored on an NTFS file system, you can write any number of vb scripts to do what you are looking to do.

  • First of all there is an automatic process that delete Meeting content that is not activated for the last month

But there is also a tool that you can use from the OCS resource kit

    Web Conferencing Content Tool (dmdel.exe)
A command-line application that allows administrators to delete content for conferences happened before a given date. This tool can be used in conjunction with the automatic conference content clean-up process by the Web conferencing server.

  • hi deli pro-exchange,

I know there are 3 file folders, from my understanding 2 of them is managed through OCS 2007 (age 28 days) and the dmdel.exe can handle it too, right?

    1) meeting metadata - manageable with dmdel.exe

    2) meeting content - manageable with dmdel.exe

    3) meeting archive - via script may be?
