varying audio levels when using A/V calls RRS feed

  • Hi,

    we have just finished installing fresh OCS 2007 server with below details.

    1. Front End server.
    2. SQL 2005 (clustered)
    3. Web conferencing server
    4. AV conferencing server
    5. CDR server

    After successful installation, we found that during Audio calls voice level goes high/low at time. I can not understand the cause of it. Servers/client  are connected using 100 MBPS LAN.

    Option tried:
    1. I have checked with network team with no clue.
    2. I have asked my datacentre team to connect to my servers to GBic switch if possible but that should not be reason as at the moment there are only 20 users using it.

    Any help would be appreciated.
