Does anyone know how I can fix this? My computer was fine when I left for work yesterday then I came home to the message saying my Windows is not genuine. I ran a diagnostic and got the following results, but am unsure what I need to do next.

Unfortunately, the computer has completely crashed now. I can't even get to the control panel. I'm going to try the system recovery disk and see what happens. Thanks for your advice.

I currently have Norton installed, I think the computer came with a free trial of McAfee many years ago but I did not renew when the subscription expired.Sunday, December 14, 2014 1:05 PM

Try this...
Please disable real-time scanning/protection and reboot
If the notification has disappeared, re-enable real-time scanning and reboot again
If the notification is still present, first check whether the real-time scanning is still switched off.
If so, then re-enable it and post the result.
If it's turned itself back on then tell me or try again using a different disable option.
Post back with the results
