Unable to post questions on the Microsoft Virtual Academy (MVA) forum RRS feed

  • Question

  • I've just started attempting a course on the Microsoft Virtual Academy (https://mva.microsoft.com/en-US/training-courses/introduction-to-programming-with-python-8360?l=lqhuMxFz_8904984382).  I have experienced a problem but, for the last two days, I seem to be unable to post a question on the Microsoft Virtual Academy forum.  It says "We are sorry, the page your requested is not available at this time".  However, I can see that other users have posted question during that period.  Is this a temporary blip, has it been closed to new questions, or am I doing something wrong?  Do I need to adjust my profile?

    Thanks for any advice.

  • I think the site is broken right now. I tried using both Edge and IE11 and got the same response. That site is not managed by MSDN / TechNet The FAQ says to report problems to forum here. https://trainingsupport.microsoft.com/en-us/tcmva/forum but of course we can't so I think try again later.

  • Thanks.  the forum seems to be working now.  However, I could not wait that long and have now started another course from a 'rival'.  I also decided to remove Visual Studio from my PC as it didn't work and the lack of support left little hope that it ever would ...

  • For help with VS setup issues you could also ask over here on MSDN.
