  Hello Edward, if you see this eror message while trying to install from a CD try installing the trial - http://onecare.live.com/standard/en-us/3/default.htm If the trial installs correctly see this Microsoft Knowledge Base article on how to activate One Care - http://support.microsoft.com/kb/935899 If the trial will not install please post back the exact error message you see or contact support.
