  • What is the difference between accessing the CRM website through a web browser (Internet Explorer) and when CRM Outlook Client Configuration Wizard is accessing the website using the external url address?
    Why is it that the first method works while the second method fails and gets unauthorized error?

  • Hi Jacob,

    the CRM Outlook Client Configuration Wizard tries first to connect to the CRM DiscoveryService, gets from there the CRM web service urls and when those are not correct (stored in the table deploymentproperties) you get an error.
