when i try to uninstall virtualwifi using command: >virtualwifi uninstall enter

the console prints: the service is stopping, then print nothing, it seems to wat for sth, like lock?

     it doesn't printf virtualfiwi uninstalled.

And, i find there two "miniport drivers" in computer device management. one is:"Virtualwifi Miniport driver" the other is "Virtualwifi miniport driver #2".

So , how can i do to uninstall the virtualwifi completely........

To uninstall completely, follow these steps:

    1. Run "VirtualWiFi uninstall"

    2. Reboot your computer

    3. Run "Regdelete.exe". [Please look carefully at what keys it is prompting to be deleted!] One particular key (regdelete will prompt it, but cannot delete) is read-only. You will manually have to type "regedit", go to that key, right click, change permissions to read-write, and delete the key.

    4. Run "sc delete VirtualWiFiService"

    5. Reboot your computer

    6. You should be all set!

Please be careful when running step 3. The keys in the registry should have "VWiFi" or "VirtualWiFi" in them. Whenever I have run the command, I have not faced any trouble.

An alternative to step 3, is to run "regedit", and then search (ctrl+f) for all entries that have VWiFi or VirtualWiFi in them, and delete those keys.
