  • Hi Arya,

    A couple items to check right away:
    --Do you have one of the latest crm  update rollup such as 6,7 or 8 on both server and client?
    --Do you have the latest update for sql server express? 

    How much memory does the laptop with the offline enabled outlook crm have?  I'd recommend a minimum of 2 GB.  In cases that I've seen this error message they were often related to the local laptop running out of physical memory.
