one care uninstall

spent over 3 hours with tech support,solution down to uninstall & reinstall one care, it won't uninstall, error code 0015-80070641

I suggest continuing to work with support to help with uninstalling One Care.

Did support suggest using the cleanup tool to remove OneCare?
