    I interviewed for a virtualization position and did fairly well, but the hiring manager insisted I get an MCITP virtualization Cert. The only problem is that each exam prereqs are stating that the student must or should have this many years experience or has done this much work! Where is a guy suppose to gain this knowledge for these exams if the experience is not there?
