  • would you  have received an e-mail from Microsoft advising you that you passed and providing log-in information to the MCP website? If no,Please note it takes Microsoft several days to send out the formal e-mail providing you a link to the MCP website to where you can print a copy.https://mcp.microsoft.com/mcp/default.mspx
If yes ,maybe you should call your local Microsoft Regional Support Centre and explain the issue and they will help you.
or you can send a email to mcphelp@microsoft.com.

    hope it useful for u.

  • One more advise, firstly login in to Prometric site and there you can see status of results .... if you can see something like pending/waiting or all other expect pass/fail, try to call to test center where u get exam, and ask them upload results to prometric (technicaly testcenter admin should just press the button for upload results of exams at the end of business day, probably he/she just forgot to do it, just make sure).

  • With the MCP Exams you dont get certifcates per exam like MCTS so you passed MCP exam 70-290 making you a MCP you have the certificate to show it thats it!! it does not show the exam id's you passed for MCP only your microsoft transcript does show you what exams you passed

On the MCP member page under view my... on the left side you should see 2 options for transcript one is to see and download your transcript the other Transcript Sharing Code is to setup a password of your choice and see your transcript ID number to share out.

The transcript id so you can show people online the exams you passed this is useful when applying for a job on your CV you can publish your transcript access code and password on your CV the employer can look at your credenials before seeing you for an interview or if you get requested at any time for proof of certification

Officially by Microsoft your transcript is your proof of certification not the certificates!!

    hope this helps
