HI,
is there a way of creating a Folder Tree/Nested Folder view in CRM? a bit like the Outlook Folder Tree view in Outlook, but for accounts/sub accounts...

Out of the box, not at all. You basically have to iframe a custom web page with a treeview on it.Leon Tribe

Hi,
Well, Exporting the Accounts to Excel as a Pivot Table might help you achieve a tree like structure. As far as CRM is concerned, nope!
