Any way of creating folder tree/nested folder view in CRM 4.0

  Well, Exporting the Accounts to Excel as a Pivot Table might help you achieve a tree like structure. As far as CRM is concerned, nope!

  Out of the box, not at all. You basically have to iframe a custom web page with a treeview on it.
