When looking for a forums to post questions the field Forum Category is incomplete.
There is no category for Microsoft Office users.
There is no category for Windows 10
The Other Forums category does not have these.
How should I, average user, find my way to the Microsoft Office forums, and in particular, Outlook?

Hi bkelly77,
What kind of forum are you looking for?
If it is related to Software development and about Microsoft Office (not specific in Exce, Word...),
we can use [Microsoft Office Developers] - [General Office Development] in MSDN forum.
If it is NOT related to Software development, we can use Technet forum.
I hope you will find out a forum according to your topic/question.

If Office is on your own machine and you have problem using it, use answers.microsoft.com
If Office is on a machine you manage at work, and you have problem managing it (.e.g prevent Office users in your network from using some features), use technet forums.
If Office is on your customer's machine and you are having problem writing a software that interacts with your customer's Office, use MSDN forums.
