Need exam details for MCTS 70-511?

Hi,
I'm planning to take MCTS 70-511 : Windows Application Development With Microsoft .Net Framework.
when you take MCTS certification for .net 2.0/3.5, you have two exams to clear to obtain certification, first paper deals with the framework 2.0/3.5 and second paper is purely specialization in which we choose in.
1. Does MCTS 70-511 similarly the same, where the first paper being framework 4.0 and second paper being 70-511???
2. Is Microsoft Press books for MCTS 70-511 is enough for preparation for certification, as this my first time taking microsoft certification?
3. How many days before should i enroll for the certification?
4. whats the cost for certification?
5. Is there any sample papers for us to check out exam pattern for microsoft certification (for free)?
Thanks in Advance :)
5.

You should look at SelfTest or MeasureUp testing software. There are no sample exam papers available and I suggest you stay clear of any that you find on the web as they are all illegal and will result in you being banned from participating in ANY future Microsoft Certifications if you are caught using one. Have a read of http://www.microsoft.com/learning/en/us/certification/exam-policies.aspx

Thanks Jeff for your input.
This is just a clarification,
For Q1. So, exam 70-511 consist of single paper. No pre-requiste is required ( I mean, there is no separate paper on framework 4.0 similar to exam 70-536 for net 2.0/3.5)
