Points dont increase RRS feed

  • Hi,

    title says it all, my points dont increase for answers for a couple of days now.

  • Yes, it is a known issue for the last few days. I just sent another email asking for an update.

    Edit: they just now said they're actively working the issue.

  • I just received an email this morning that it was resolved. I verified with my account that it looks to be fixed. I'm not sure if the fix is global or if they were starting with the people who had contacted them, but it should be resolved soon if it hasn't already.
