Launch Condition for installing Prerequisites syncfx 2.0

  I added syncfx2.0 in to Prerequisites in vs 2010 when ever trying to run MSI Package telling to install the synfx2.0 i.e good but Even i installed it i am prompted again to install. 

  Here is my Add Search Registry  Property : Install2.0

                                                 RegKey : HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Microsoft Sync Framework\v2.0\Setup\SynchronizationX86\Install

  Root : vsdrrHKLM

  Value = 1

  Launch Conditions        Condition : Install2.0

    InstallUrl : http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/en/details.aspx?FamilyID=109db36e-cdd0-4514-9fb5-  b77d9cea37f6&displaylang=en

  Is there any thing i am missing or Wrong?
