  • Your MGA report indicates you have a Dell computer with a Dell preinstalled version of Windows Vista.  Dell is a major OEM supplier and is not eligible for the Bonus Pack Offer.  Please review the following:

  • Dear Ande,

Thank you for the clarification on which redemption you were attempting. The qualifying products for the Office Bonus Pack are Microsoft Office Professional 2007 and Microsoft Office and Microsoft Office Small Business 2007.

According to the information in your diagnostic report, you are running Microsoft Office Home and Student 2007. It appears this product is not eligible for this promotion.

Please let me know if you have additional questions or comments.

    Thank you,

    Jenifer

  • I am running XP. not vista.
I am, however running the office version that has a redemption.  There doesn't seem to be a limitation or OS requirement for the new version that I paid for.
That is what I am looking for.

    thanks,

    Ande
