  • comcast has its customers changing from Mcafee to no nortons.  In installing the product an error message read,  The dynamic link library gdplus.dill could not be found in the specified path.  C:\DOCUME~1\Temp\Norton Security_C;.;C:WINNT\system32;C:\WINNT\system;C;WINNT;C;WINNT\system32;C:\WINNT;C:\WINNT\System32\Wbem;C:MSSQL7\BINN.  How do I fix the problem so I can upgrade the product.  How do I upgrade from Pro 2000 to XP for free.
