Hi, I cannot activate my windows 7 after i reinstall windows 7 professional x64
even i been reinstalled windows 7 professional x64 many times, it did activate now i cannot activate my computer.

Noel is correct, this Product Key has been Blocked due to "Abuse" which usually means it has been activated an unusual number of times. In this case, the key has been activated over 17 times (as well there being over 50 Activation attempts).
The resolution is, as Noel suggested, to Activate by Phone and talk to a Live Activation Rep. Explain the issue and request an escalation to have the key unblocked.

You need to phone the number and then NOT respond to the request for which service you require - this should get you a live operator.
