Cannot activate windows 7 professional x64 after i reinstalled windows 7 professional x64 RRS feed

  • Hi, I cannot activate my windows 7 after i reinstall windows 7 professional x64

    even i been reinstalled windows 7 professional x64 many times, it did activate now i cannot activate my computer.

    Since you say that you have re-installed many times, the chances are that your Key has hit the automated anti-abuse barrier.
    Have you tried activating by telephone, and speaking to an operator?
    To activate by phone, click on the Start button, then type
    SLUI   4
    in the Search box, and hit the Enter key - this should bring up the telephone activation options. Select your country, and then follow the instructions. When you get through, you will be answered by an automated system - DO NOT respond when asked which service you require. This should force an operator to pick up the call, and you can explain the circumstances to them, and they will assist your activation.

  • Noel is correct, this Product Key has been Blocked due to "Abuse" which usually means it has been activated an unusual number of times. In this case, the key has been activated over 17 times (as well there being over 50 Activation attempts).

    The resolution is, as Noel suggested, to Activate by Phone and talk to a Live Activation Rep. Explain the issue and request an escalation to have the key unblocked.

    You need to phone the number and then NOT respond to the request for which service you require - this should get you a live operator.
