I am working on MS CRM 4.0 with Lotus Notes instead of Outlook client. I am unable to do a mail merge with Lotus Notes. I am able to create the mail merge document in Word with no problem. When I get to the very last step in Word where it asks me to create the actual email merge, nothing happens. When I look at the status bar it does not give me an an option to do a mail merge to email. The option is grayed out. Word says I need a MAPI enabled email application. Do I need to install special software or specially configure LN in order to get this to work?
