  • Hi Bethan!

First of all "First name, Last name" corresponds to your default CRM administrator profile. You shouldn't disable it. Be careful with this user or you can get yourself in trouble.

Regarding the deployment URL have you tried just http://4bn0008:5555/ (without the organization name)?

You should also be careful with the user you're using to install and configure your MS CRM and CRM related apps because once again you can get yourself in trouble regarding permissions. The new Implementation Guide is out and perhaps it will help you with this.

  • Bethan,

Make sure it's your CRM Discovery Service url, and make sure you can browse it via IE.
