Hello PatriotDon,
Your latest mgadiag report shows that the two nongenuine installations of Office have been removed, and that you have a genuine installation of Office 2007 on your computer.
Since you are still seeing nongenuine notices even when visiting www.microsoft.com/genuine and clicking on "Validate Office" reports your installation as Genuine, we still have some cleanup of leftovers from the old nongenuine Office installations.
Please follow the methods in this MS KB article: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/919895 Most people's problems are taken care of after Method 3 is completed. Please post back to let us know if it worked for you.

Hello PartiotDon,

At the moment your HP Pavilion computer has two nongenine installations of Office: one of Office XP Pro and one of Office Enterprise 2007.
Use the Programs applet of the Control Panel to uninstall one of these two, then restart. Uninstall the remaining of these two, then restart twice.
Next, install your new Office 2007 normally, activate, and restart.
Next, visit www.microsoft.com/genuine and click on the Validate Windows button.
If the new installation of Office 2007 validates normally and you do not see any more nongenuine notices, then your last step is to visit Windows Update to get your new Office installation updated.
Under circumstances where a nongenuine Office was installed, you may continue to see nongenuine notices. If so, post back here with a fresh mgadiag report so we can check to see if your new Office is genuine or not and provide additional troubleshooting steps.

When I go www.microsoft.com/genuine it says everything is genuine. When I open a program I had previously installed, Outlook, Word, etc it says they are not genuine. I never had Access installed, but I installed it this time. When I open it, it doesn't say anything about not being genuine.Friday, October 23, 2009 1:10 AM -
