Why my avatar appears only with 1 medal ?.

Question
-
Why my avatar appears only with 1 medal ?. If I did succesfully another certification exam more than two weeks ago?.
Do I have to wait more ? or what do I have to do, so more medals can appear when I post something?
Greetings.
