    Hello once again CRM friends,

    I have a question concerning the campaign activities. I for instance want to invite a whole list of contacts by sending a mail merge (campaign activity).

    Suppose I send a mail merge with an invitation to a trade show. Is it possible to have the response (will be present yes/no) automatically be generated as a campaign response?

    I know it is probably possible, but the question is how? :)
