Copyrighted Material (Help Text reference)

Question
-
In reading this thread, Favorites, and being referred to the help topic for excluded files -
Excluded File (external help link) - I'm interested in what this means:
"You cannot synchronize or share the following with Live Mesh:- Files containing obscene or copyrighted material. Copying or sharing unauthorized materials is a violation of the Windows Live terms of use."
How is/would this be determined or enforced?

We are in the process of updating our help file with the following text:
Files containing obscene or copyrighted material. Copying or sharing unauthorized materials including materials that you did not create or you do not have the rights necessary for use, is a violation of the Windows Live terms of use. See the Microsoft Copyright Notice and FAQ.

I have to wonder the same thing. Many people on here talk about syncing their music files. Technically, is this against the rules. One of the things I plan on using it for is documents and pdf files, such as ebooks and tech manuals for different programs I use. Technically these are also copyrighted.
And last, as devil's advocate, the pictures I take and sync and share with friends and family are copyrighted, by me! :-)
Things that make you go Hmmm!!!
oops, guess that might be copyrighted also. :-)steve

I'm also interested in the fact that my question remains unanswered. I'm guessing that the clause was placed into the terms of service and the Help text for legal reasons. Things that make you go hmmmm.....
I'll be interested to read the official explanation of the clause.

Of course I will! I suspected that there was someone mulling over the official response.
