Hi,
I am assuming you mean you are changing the security role for that user. Yes, that user can still own workflows and other users can execute those workflows. A workflow will run in the user's context who is performing the operation. So yes, other users can
execute those workflows. No it should not affect current running workflows. Remember the workflow will only do the steps for which the current user (running workflow) has permission. For example if you are administrator and own a workflow. Now I run that workflow
and I don't have access to event entity. If that workflow has a step do update event record, that step will fail.
