    hi there,

I have OCS 2007 installed, was working proberly for about 3 months, once one 
of the employees complained that when he invite more than one, words are not 
delivered to the invited people. So i tried to re-start the OCS Front End 
Service and it stopped and can't be started again.

When i try to start the service it gives me the following error:

Contact the Service vendor and refer to service specific error code 
"-1008124857"

Also, I found the following event in the event viewer log:

Event Type:	Error
Event Source:	Service Control Manager
Event Category:	None
Event ID:	7024
Date:		8/7/2007
Time:		6:15:46 PM
User:		N/A
Computer:	DATACENTER4
Description:
The Office Communications Server Front-End service terminated with 
service-specific error 3286842439 (0xC3E93C47).

    Can you let us know the status of your post? Are you using the RTM version? Can you share your solution if you have one? If not, please let us know what else you have tried.
