Sharepoint Credential Prompt in CRM 4.0

Hi All,
we have integreated Sharepoint and CRM. we are displaying the sharepoint document library using an IFrame in CRM 4.0.
we are dynamically creating a document library and passing the document library url to the IFrame source and bindin wile
crm form loading.we are facing one serious issue , when we open any record fist time in the crm a crdential prompt will be
displayed.if we input the credentials the document library details will be show . if we didn't pass the credentials document
library details will never shown and when we open a another record in crm, again it will ask for credentials.if we supply it
will never ask the credentials again. we are using windows authentication for both crm and sharepoint. Please any one can
help us if you face the problem prior .

Hi,
please make sure that the security zone which is assigned to the sharepoint site is configured to pass through your windows logon.
Best practice is to add the crm web site and the sharepoint site to the 'trusted sites' and enable the automatic logon option.- Proposed as answer by Andrii ButenkoMVP, Moderator Monday, December 7, 2009 1:22 PM

Hi ckeller ,
I have checked the above options and also IFrame "Cross Frame restrictions" option also.
i have added both site (sharepoint and crm) to "trusted sites". still i am getting the crdential
prompt when i open the record in CRM. Please can anyone help me on this.
