    I am unable to download a course: Clinic 2801: Microsoft® Security Guidance Training I
    It is my first attempt to download an offline course.
    I have installed and reinstalled the Offline Course Player.
    I have Flash player 9 installed
    Windows XP SP2 and IE 7

    when I click the "Download Course" button, the window for download confirmation opens.
    I click ok.
    A small window showing download progress opens for less than a second and then nothing.
    After a while another little window opens entitled "Offline Course Player" with the message "Cannot Connect"

    I have Symantec Endpoint protection 11 installed. The Firewall log shows all comunications allowed. nothing blocked.
    All Microsoft.com, microsoftelearning, elementk.com are in the "Trusted Sites" area.

    What could be the problem?

    My team does not suppor the offline viewer but I an certainly try and put you in touch with the team that does. I'll get back to you.
