CRM Login problem RRS feed

  • Dear ALL,

    I am a newbie to CRM.

    I have installed Microsoft Dynamics CRM. by default system logs in me as the CRM Administrator (CRMAdministrator). I have created a new user in Active Directory named CRMUser. I need to login to CRM as CRMUser. what is the next step that i should make?

    BTW: i couldnt find any logout button in CRM. :(

  • you can always log in using a different user from internet explorer.

    Right-click Internet Explorer short-cut
    Select Run As
    Then enter the user and password login details
    then enter the URL for CRM

    and you should be able to log as any user as long as you have the login details ;)

    problem solved.

    solution :

    1. i have to create different users in AD.
    2. have to login to windows with those usernames and passwords
    3. access CRM
