Hello Chris,
Some exams can be tougher than others, I can give you some pointers that helped me during this exam, and hopefully it will be of help to you as well!
I started by buying the following book:
Exam Ref 70-410 Installing and Configuring Windows Server 2012 (MCSA)
https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/0735673160/ref=as_li_tl?ie=UTF8&camp=1789&creative=9325&creativeASIN=0735673160&linkCode=as2&tag=mcitpguide-20&linkId=X26GNYV7N6FKEDAL
After reading through this book a few times, mainly to learn and know what the contents are, I checked some videos on the Web.
Here's one for example:
Exam 70-410 Installing and Configuring Windows Server 2012

There are a few courses online (if you're willing to spend a little bit of money):
Windows Server 2012 R2 (70-410) MCSA and the 70-410 Exam
https://www.pluralsight.com/courses/windows-server-2012-mcsa-70-410
Exam 70-410: Installing and Configuring Windows Server 2012
https://www.udemy.com/exam-70-410-installing-and-configuring-windows-server-2012/
Microsoft Windows Server 2012: Installing and Configuring (70-410)
https://www.cbtnuggets.com/it-training/microsoft-windows-server-2012-70-410-r2
I use CBTNuggets a lot myself, the courses there are really good, I definitely recommend them.
For the rest, I would really recommend setting up a lab environment, install a server of more, then install various different roles/features, configure them and play around with them, basically learn by doing.
I hope you'll find this information helpful, and good luck!
Best regards,
Leon
