One Care Activation

Hi:

I just bought One Care today after the 90 day tryout. I uninstall One Care and installed again from the CD. Everything looks fine until i reveived the following message:

System error Details Code 0x80070643 Fatal Error during installation.

I found a document on the Online Help that told to uninstall again, reboot, and run the one care cleanup.exe and reboot again. Then start the installation from de CD and I get the same ERROR CODE 0x80070643.

Now my One Care software will be running for 15 days.

Any HELP !!!!!

I would expect that the error was 0019-80070643, but perhaps it is the same error. See if this KB article helps - http://support.microsoft.com/kb/930159
