    While trying to import an organization on crm4.0 deployment manager i get this error: Value cannot be null. Parameter name: format
    I searched for it but i didn't find any usefull information, deos anyone have any suggestion about what may cause that ?

    Hi Catty,

    If you upgraded CRM from CRM 3.0 to CRM 4.0, you shouldn't need to import the organization.
