Hello Talulu,
Do not post product keys in the forum. Product keys are always in the form of five groups of five characters each, like this:
AB123-XYZ12-45678-AB123-XYZ12.
If your Dell computer came brand new with a full (not Trial) Office preinstalled, you should have also received genuine hologrammed Microsoft Office CD(s) in a plain white cardboard sleeve, and on the back of the sleeve is a Certificate of Authenticity with the Product Key.
If you have these materials, you should be able to Get Genuine again by uninstalling the nongenuine Office, restarting twice, and then installing Office directly from the Dell-supplied hologrammed CD(s).

From your MGA report:
Office Status: 114 Blocked VLK 2
Microsoft Office XP Professional with FrontPage - 114 Blocked VLK 2
Microsoft Office FrontPage 2003 - 100 Genuine
Unfortunately, the installed copy of Microsoft XP Professional with FrontPage is non-genuine. The software is a Volume License copy installed with a product key that the original owner reported to Microsoft as lost, stolen, or misused. Consequently, the license (product key) has been blocked from further use. You can review your options by visiting Microsoft Genuine Advantage and clicking on Validate Office. When validation fails, you will be presented with a Get Genuine button to click on.

P.S. You should send a copy of your MGA report to the entity that sold you the counterfeit copy of Office and demand a complete refund.

Hi Carey, Thanks for that and I will contact Dell but I am just wondering...The product ID I have on my software is different can I post it to you? When I first validated Windows I was asked for it and typed it in but when I tried to validate Office it didn't ask me....I then downloaded from Microsoft a trial version of Office Professional which caused me a lot of problems and I ended up downloading a 'front page' 'Proplus' and 'office1' from the internet to mend it...it seemed to work ...but in the end that my be the problem?? should I do a system restore?Tuesday, October 20, 2009 1:47 PM

There is really no reason to contact Dell since Dell did not install the non-genuine copy of Microsoft Office XP Professional with FrontPage. Dell only sells OEM software and not Volume License software. Volume License software is usually sold to business enterprises and the minimum purchase amount is five (5) licenses, making it cost-prohibitive to individual consumers.
You should uninstall your non-genuine copy of Microsoft Office XP Professional with FrontPage by using the Add/Remove Progams applet located in your Control Panel. Afterward, restart your computer. The Microsoft Office Genuine Advantage pricing is very reasonable and you should consider taking advantage of the offer.

Hi, Ok I'll do that, will I loose all my addresses on outlook? should I buy a new Office first and them delete the old one?Tuesday, October 20, 2009 3:31 PM

Hello talulu,
The nongenuine Office will keep working normally, except that you will see regular notices about it being nongenuine.
When you get your new copy of Office, uninstall the old one, restart twice, then install the new one. Restart once more, then make sure it validates at www.microsoft.com/genuine
If you still see nongenuine notices after valdiating your new copy of Office, post back here for more troubleshooting assistance.
