  • hi..i am preparing for 70-515 exam, which is web application development with framework 4.0.i have training kit for MCTS 70-515.but before i never work with visual studio 2010.i have basic knowledge for visual studio 2008 ans asp.net.also basic knowledge of sql..i have no practical experience because i have just complete my study in hardware but i want change hardware to software specially  in asp.net.so i think some valued certificate is needed  for strong resume because no experience.so m i thinking right or not???or i should so another...but its fix that i want to do work in software...

  • Microsoft certification exams measure your knowledge of a technology so if you don’t have any experience with .Net, you will unlikely pass the exam just by reading the training kit.

    If I saw an applicant with no (or little) .Net experience however they had passed a .Net exam, probably wouldn't hire them. if I did hire them, they would get a very junior role.

    Based on this, passing this exam would not make you resume stronger.
