  • Hi,

    For you scenario you can use built-in account and contact entities. You don't need any new entity. You may have to change display name of built-in entities or change their relationship display names.

    For Organization --> Account

    For Branch --> Sub-Account

    For Employee --> Contacts (already linked to an account or sub account)

    For User Name --> Create another relationship between Account and Contact entity and name it as Branch Users. That's it.

    Can you please explain what do you mean User under a Branch? If they are CRM users then:

    For User Name --> Create another relationship between Account and User entity and name it as Branch Users.

    I hope its helpful.

  • Hi,

    Keep all the Organizations has - Business Units.

    Branch has - Territories.

    Each Employee - Users.

    You can add the users both in Business Units and Territories.

    You can also create parent child business units and you can also restrict the user access/privileges based on the business units.

    All the customers of that organization add under the Accounts and Contacts.

    Accounts contains - Company Information.

    Contact Contains - Indivudual Information.
