You will have to install genuine windows. You should be able to reinstall the windows your computer shipped with using the manufacturers recovery partition. see your manual or the manufacturers website for instructions.

the reason I ask is the file mismatch in your report is associated with an activation exploit called RemoveWat. Do you have this program on your computer?
The reluctance to reveal the edition sounds suspicious.
