MCITP 2008 before MCSE 2012 is necesary ? RRS feed

  • I have necessarily have certifications in Windows Server 2008 to make certifications on Windows 2012?

  • No.  You can do the Windows Server 2012 certifications without having any Windwos Server 2008 certifications.  That said, there are upgrade paths available from Windows Server 2008 to Windows Server 2012 so depending on how many 2008 certifications you already have, it may pay you to complete your 2008 study and then upgrade to 2012.
