And Jim's advice there is the valid answer - contact support for help with the problem.

  • Thank you. I will contact support It's MOST frustrating. I wondered why my thread was missing from the listing. None of the subjects seem to tackle my problem!

  • This is the most frustrating and convoluted process I have ever seen. Seems to me they make it as hard as possible to get a REAL person to answer! The program is fine so long as it works but when there's a problem it's a different matter. I feel as if I am on my way to a padded cell, as there don't seem to be any REAL answers, only more referalls back to the beginning. I will keep trying as I need to accomplish this back up.  However, I am beginning to wish I had not renewed my subscription as I had no problems for the first 12 months!

  • Unofficial path - send me an email at sboots@mvps.org with a subject line including "OneCare" (to get past my spam filtering) and in the message body, tell me what country you are in, your forum nickname, and paste a link to the post to which you are replying. I am not online 24x7, so you may be waiting for a reply, but I'll do my best to hook you up with support.
