Program does not respond RRS feed

    Our Live One Care program keeps "looping" on our screen and we are not able to take any action to know or repair the problem.  We have attempted to try and find an answer and better yet get a phone number to call your "support team" but to no avail????  The action required it is telling us is to run tune up but a message is telling us a task is running, which we are not seeing?
