It is very easy to get started with the Data Science Virtual Machine. They are listed as custom VM images on the Azure marketplace. You just visit the marketplace listing page URL (indicated below) and click "Create Virtual Machine". We also have
some documentation and samples to get your started. On the Data Science Virtual machine we have a few data science sample code, notebooks to help jump start your analytics.
