Azure Blueprint Issue, WriteRoleAssigments Failed

  Trying to implement an architecture using Azure Blueprint . Artifacts inside Blueprint are Resource Group and a VM. After assignment , resource group, vnet and storage account is getting created. But the VM is not. In log it is showing 'WriteRoleAssignment Failed' and error code is 'PrincipleNotFound'
