i am trying to download one live on to a laptop and add it on my circle of three or whatever so that it can be covered, but it is giving me an error code (error ID: 0019-80070643). What does this mean? Please help me!

HI! Error 0019 is simply about the onecare firewall that cannot be installed. Contact support http://social.microsoft.com/Forums/en-US/onecareinstallandactivate/thread/30400b52-7f26-4ba0-bc18-17e305329d90
